Artwork
Artwork price includes a final printed image and a jpg image sufficient to be used on the world wide web. Once approved we suggest saving the original image onto your own computer. There is a charge for us to resend images. High resolution images and vector artwork may be available and are charged additionally.
Bleed
READ THIS SLOWLY: A bleed is the “extra” part of your art that is required if you want the art to extend to the edge of the paper.
BLEED LINE! = Red line where your art elements must extend to in order to have room to “trim off”. Bleeds are .125in (1/8”) around the whole business card.
Trim Line = Black line that is the size of the finished printed piece.
Safety Margin = Automatic cutters are not perfect. Save yourself the trouble and leave all important elements (such as text) at least .125in (1/8”) from the edge of the trim line
So when you are designing artwork and have the intention to bleed, it is crucial that you start with the right size document. For this example of the business card, I could set it up in InDesign with the Document Size as 2 x 3.5in, margins at .125 (1/8”) on all sides, and a bleed as .125 (1/8”) and it will look close to my example. If you are laying out a card in a different program that does not support bleeds, don’t sweat it. Photoshop does not handle bleeds within it self like InDesign, but you can create a document that is full size with bleeds (3.75×2.25in) and drag markers to the trim and safety lines.
Color Matching
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.
AllPrintUSA will always do it’s best to match re-prints to prior jobs, but a variation in color may occur due to length of time, machinery, and difficulty of exact color matching. This will be considered acceptable performance.
Garment Printing
We use many different processes to achieve the highest quality product in our garment line. Unless otherwise specified, we recommend the following instruction to insure the life of your product.
Turn garment inside out and wash in cold water using mild detergent. Do not use bleach.
Dry on low heat setting.
Do not iron directly on surface of image.

Proof
The primary goal of 'proofing' is to serve as a tool for customer verification that the entire job is accurate. Our goal is for your job to be perfect. We need your help. We never intentionally spell incorrectly, but "typos" do happen. PLEASE...check everything - words, numbers, special characters and color on your proof for accuracy. Once you approve your job we usually do not read it again and cannot fix it once printed.

Setup
We define setup as our charge for the layout of an item (business card, newsletter, form, etc). Setup does not include creating custom artwork or logos. Please communicate your ideas to us as thoroughly as possible. A setup consists of one proof with up to two revisions. Additional revisions will incur additional cost.
